All the process starting from a scratch or base mesh and going to retopo, uv and depeding of the game, we need to think on modular meshes, and to adapt the workflow again, thinking if we gonna use physics to the clothes or if we gonna rig it, together with the planning to procedural textures to re-use it on another pieces, see how it works into the unreal when we are using cell/toon shading with the post processing or simply using the normal shading, all it is really exciting for me.
